Skyhawk Oversea Passive Infrared Motion Sensor

The Oversea Passive Infrared (PIR) Motion Sensor is a self-powered, wireless sensor that detects motion by sensing changes in temperature when people or warm-blooded animals cross its line of sight. Designed for use in closed spaces or on deck, it provides reliable coverage within a 100° field of view and up to 16 feet of range. When paired with the Oversea Entry Sensor, it creates a dual line of defense to alert you to potential intrusions or unexpected activity on your boat. For best results, the sensor should be mounted on a wall and positioned toward the interior or deck area, as outward-facing placements may reduce detection accuracy.

Subscription & Coverage

A subscription plan is required to activate Oversea monitoring services. Currently, coverage is available for boats located in the United States and Canada.
